Fitted to Your Forearms

Bracers That Stay Where They Belong

A bracer that is too loose spins on your arm and slides toward your wrist. One that is too tight digs in by noon. Custom leather bracers are cut to the shape of your forearm, so they sit where they should and stay put whether you are drawing a bow, swinging a sword or raising a mug at the tavern.

Bracers are often the first piece of armor people buy, and for good reason. They finish almost any costume, from a simple faire outfit to a full Norse kit, and they hold up to years of wear. Go plain and rugged, or tooled with knotwork, runes or a design of your own.

Classic bracers are usually on hand at Booth #211 during the festival season, so you can try a pair on and wear them home the same day. Custom designs are made to order.

Styles of Leather Bracers

Every pair can be made in your color and finished with the details you want.

Laced Bracers

Leather laces through eyelets let you tighten each bracer for a snug, adjustable fit.

Buckled Bracers

Straps and buckles make them quick to put on and take off between events.

Tooled and Stamped

Hand tooling, stamping and knotwork turn a plain bracer into a showpiece.

Plated and Armored

Extra layers or raised plates for LARP and combat events where your arms take hits.

Bracers With Hand Armor

Coverage that extends over the back of the hand for more protection and a bolder look.

Archery Bracers

A smooth inner face keeps the bowstring from catching on your sleeve or your arm.

Leather Built for Hard Use

Built to Last Season After Season

Bracers live a hard life. They get bumped, scraped, sweated in and rained on. That is why every pair starts with the right leather for the job, from flexible hides that wrap comfortably around the arm to stiff armor-grade leather that can be molded and hardened for bracers that need to take a hit.

You choose the color, the tooling, the hardware and the style. Match them to armor you already own, to a character you are bringing to life, or simply to your own taste. Bring a sketch, a screenshot or a reference photo and the shop will turn it into a pair that belongs to you.

Every pair is made by hand under the Asgardian Armory name and proudly made in the U.S.A.
